LOVE THE OUTDOORS? Our Big R Store in Havre needs an enthusiastic, full-time sales associate for our Sporting Goods Department who can ensure top-notch customer service. Knowledge of farm store merchandise is preferred. Position is full-time, permanent. Big R is an equal opportunity employer.
Required
Experience:
General Knowledge of Sporting Goods (fishing, hunting, archery, guns, outdoor recreation, etc)
Physical ability to lift and carry 20-50 pounds on an occasional to recurring basis, stand or move for prolonged periods, stoop, bend, and climb ladders.
Must have an understanding of correct lifting and loading techniques
Ability to work well with others in a team environment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Sales experience and a willingness to learn
Merchandising experience
Ability to work weekends and any business day
